Mission 3: Page Biotech: Steve Tack

To get the code to the computer room, you'll need to give Steve Tack some Nuke! soda.  The easiest way to get some (unless you already have some) is to steal some from this desk nearby:

Once you have a Nuke! soda, talk to Steve Tack and give it to him.  He'll give you some health packs and the code.
